Billy Helms, Chairman of the Board
The Water Works and Sewer Board of Abbeville is the management team over all water production and sewer operations of the City. While the day to day operations are managed by Superintendent Mike Johnson, the Board has the ultimate management responsibility.
The Board meets monthly at 5:00 p.m. on the fourth Monday in City Hall. Meetings are open to the public.
