operate the Water Works and Sewer utilities of Abbeville. The Board is Chaired by Billy Helms who brings many years of experience in water management and construction to the board. Additionally, the Mayor, Mr. Lester Killebrew, Mr. Johnny Feggins and Mr. Oliver Jones serve on the Board.
The Water Department is managed by Superintendent Mike Johnson who has 25+ years of experience. Mr. Johnson’s staff hold numerous certifications and many years of experience maintaining systems. Customer Service and billing is performed by Allison Barron who has over five years experience with the City of Abbeville.
