The Water & Sewer Board is an independent board established to manage and operate the Water Works & Sewer utilities of Abbeville. The Board is Chaired by Billy Helms who brings many years of experience in water management and construction to the board.

The utilities are managed by Superintendent Mike Johnson who has 30 years of experience. Mr. Johnson’s staff hold numerous certifications and many yers of experience maintaining systems. Customer Service and billing is performed by Allison Barron who has over 8 years experience with the system.
