The Abbeville Municipal Airport (0j0) is home to a single, paved runway of 3000 feet. Currently there are no hangers or fueling opportunities. The airport does have lights for night landing. In 2010, with the assistance of ALDOT aeronautics and the FAA, our north safety zone was improved and lengthened. Over the next 4-6 six years, we will be working on a long range upgrade of the airport to extend to a 5000 foot runway, taxiway, fencing and hangers. Space is currently available for interested parties who would like to lease an area to construct private hangers.
